Buju – Sorry I’m Late – Buju might never be late with his debut album Sorry I’m Late.
The Nigerian Afrofusion singer was perhaps brought to the limelight featuring on Ladipoe’s single, ‘Feeling’, he’s proven his mettle as a top Afropop star.
However, since his duet with Ladipoe, Buju had had no breaks. He’s delivered hits after hits of his own. And in collaboration with superstars such as Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Zlantan, Timaya to mention but a few.

Likewise, we can expect a Buju’s album to be an exciting musical piece. Buju kicks off the seven-track album with a self-titled track Daniel Benson; an introduction to who he truly is – Buju to your ears – a boy whose melody is on fire.
The album comprises interesting pieces such as Never Stopped, Kilometer and I Do.

Buju describes the album Sorry I’m Late as “a descriptive diary of experiences and overdue apology to all who have asked where the music’s been for over 9 months”.
Meanwhile, we can deduce from this piece of art that Buju, born a Lagosian, didn’t arrive late at the party to be served but to take over the mic as the Master of Ceremony. Enjoy listening!
