Music star, Simi has called out leaders in the country that if they cannot carry out the jobs which they were elected for, the should step down.
The singer took to her social media page to express her displeasure over the recent happenings in the country. According to her, Nigerians have to use money to access everything that is supposed to come freely as a citizen adding that bribe has taken the order of the day as people now see it as a way of life to get through some certain things in around them.
She called out the leaders who have failed to perform their responsibilities over the people as all allocations budgeted in various sectors have been squandered leaving everyone to suffer.
She wrote: “You begged people to vote for u and then you looked away. Anything you accept for the Nigerian people should be something you would also accept for yourself and your children. That’s what a true leader is. And if you cannot do the job, get the f**k! Every year new budget. Billions allocated to things that never get done! Health? ZeroEducation? Zero Electricity? Zero.Only wickedness will make u see ur people suffering like this and u can still sleep at night. If u cannot do the job, GET THE F**K!
