Former BBNaija star, Mike Edwards who has also reacted to the ongoing issues in the country has revealed how he lost his elder brother some years back.
The reality TV star took to his social media page to share with his fans and followers how he lost his older brother in Nigeria some years back due to poor healthcare.
According to him, his older brother named Matthew had sickle cell and lost his life in Nigeria at the age of 10 adding that the thought that his brother could still be alive if he was in a country that has good healthcare is heartbreaking.
He stated further that the fight to EndSARS is a cry for help after years of corruption and bad governance.
He wrote: “My older brother Matthew lost his life during a sickle cell crisis in Nigeria when he was 10 years old, to think if he would have been in a country with better healthcare support that his life would be saved today is heartbreaking. The fight to End SARS is our cry for help after years of corruption and bad governance.
