With a voice that pierces through the noise of the world to make way for salvation, Vivien Ebikefemene, professionally known as Vivien Ebix, is a Gospel artist with a deep passion for spreading the message of God through inspired Gospel music.
Her musical journey began in childhood, actively participating in the children’s choir at her family church, St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Igbudu, Warri, Nigeria. As she grew, she transitioned into the youth choir, where she ministered alongside other members in youth programs, church events, and crusades within Warri and its environs.
With an unwavering voice of thanksgiving and worship, Vivien Ebix has remained deeply committed to Gospel ministry. She was a pioneer member and former Choir Director of her local church, Divine Life Christian Ministry, Port Harcourt.
Her founding pastors, Daniel & Edna Anwan, played a pivotal role in nurturing her music ministry by providing the platform for her growth. This encouragement inspired her to begin writing and composing her own songs, creating music that resonates both in congregational worship and beyond.
Answering the call to lead a new wave of Gospel ministry globally, Vivien Ebix prayerfully selected eight spirit-filled songs for her debut album, Power Belongs to God. Released on January 13, 2023, the album marked her entry onto the global Gospel music stage. The eight-track project, filled with divine encounters with the Holy Spirit, speaks to both the spiritual and social needs of the Christian community and the world at large.
